Q. How do I book your ride at 7 Star Travels?

A. To proceed with a booking please CLICK HERE and submit a booking form. Once we receive this your request will be actioned or Just by calling our 24x7 customer support centre.

Q. Modes of Payment accepted at 7 Star Travels.

A. We'll accept Cash, UPI, NEFT, and RTGS. Cheque payment is not accepted, inconvenience is regretted. 

Q. Will I get a printed receipt for the amount paid?

A. Yes, you'll get a receipt of your payment. If by oversight this is missed, please ask for a receipt.

Q. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

A. Whether a booking is made online or over the phone, a confirmation would be sent to you via e-mail, which would include your reservation number and travel details.

Q. What if I have special requests?

A. The booking form gives you the opportunity to let us know your special requests. All requests are passed onto the property and these will be accommodated by the property where ever possible. Check the confirmation of special request before boarding the Cab.

Q. I Come Across Any Problem During My Trip, How Would You Help Me?

A. We provide truly 24 X 7 assistance. Our office is open 24 hours a day which means that you will always have someone to assist you even at any point in time. We shall also give you mobile nos. of executives whom you may call in case of any need.

Q. Can I travel to and from the Railway Station, if I select a Railway Station package?

A. Yes, you can. Our Railway Station Package comes with 2Hrs 25 Kms limit. If the Kms exceeds the extra km amount needs to be paid and if the time exceeds 2hrs then it will get converted to 3hrs 30 km package.

Q. Can I cancel a booking made?

A. Our system of handling bookings is automated and once your journey is confirmed by our Customer Service Centre, a cab is assigned to report to you. We do understand that sometimes, plans change and you may need to cancel a booking. Please tell us as soon as you reasonably can - that you would like to cancel a booking so that we can avoid a 7 Star reporting to you when you don't need it.

Q. Will I be charged extra if I book a cab in Point to Point package and the cab gets stuck up in traffic?

A. No, you will not be charged any additional amount if the cab gets stuck up in traffic. However, if there is any waiting from your side then the package will automatically get converted to the 1Hr 20 Kms package.

Q. Do I have to pay toll gate & parking charges when I travel through 7 Stars Travels?

A. Yes, you will be paying 'Toll charges as well as parking charges' where ever they are applicable. However, in case you have booked a 7 Star Travels & the cab is crossing the toll post while coming to pick you up, then you need not pay the toll charges.

Q. Does 7 Star Travels offers cab for going to Out of Station or out of Lucknow?

A. Yes, we do have special packages for customers travelling Outstations.
